Senate House Library Wellbeing collection
The SHL Wellbeing Collection contains a wide range of self-help and other resources addressing a wide range of themes and topics. These SHL wellbeing resources are intended as a source of informal advice and information only. They are not a substitute for personalised treatment. Where this is required please contact a qualified professional, and in an emergency always call 999.
If you are a member of the Library and would like to arrange an informal discussion around any wellbeing concerns or issues with the °®ÆＧ of London, you are welcome to contact the °®ÆＧ of London Student Health and Wellbeing Manager, Adrian Clarke. Again this is not a substitute for personalised treatment, and in an emergency you should always call 999.
